Product Placement makes It’s Way Into The Opera

We’ve seen product placement in movies, product placement in presidential speeches, product placement in the office, and product placement in comic books.

So what’s next? How about product placement in the opera:

Product placement for Bruster's ice cream in the opera

A Bruster’s Ice Cream logo, from a local Pittsburgh ice cream store, is featured in Pittsburgh Opera’s performance of “The Elixir Of Love.”

This is a great way to get advertising income into the Opera and a great way for local businesses, like Bruster’s Ice Cream, to get some publicity.
